BIG SPRING, TEXAS - United Way of Big Spring is holding bowl making classes at Howard College in anticipation of the upcoming 2018 Empty Bowls event.

The classes will run 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Participants can choose an initial class date of either September 24 or 25 and a glazing day on either October 22 or 23 ...
