ODESSA, TEXAS - A free Thanksgiving meal is scheduled 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at The Salvation Army of Odessa, 810 E. 11th St.

The meal is for the entire community and volunteers and those wanting lunch are welcome. Volunteer opportunities begin at 7 a.m. Thursday.

Funding and food is still needed as well. Donations including turkeys, pies, rolls, corn or green beans are needed.
