ODESSA, TEXAS - The 24th year of the Empty Stocking Fund is ending and we have not quite met our $100,000 to help needy Odessans by this week. A generous and anonymous Odessan is challenging the community to raise another $30,000 to add to the current balance of $52,473 in the Empty Stocking Fund, an annual fundraising effort by the Odessa American and The Salvation Army ...
