MIDLAND/ODESSA, TEXAS - The Ministerial Alliance of Midland and several pastors across the Midland and Odessa communities will host a prayer vigil Wednesday tonight in honor of the victims of the Odessa shooting that took place on Aug. 31, when a gunman killed seven and injured 25 individuals.
