"BEIJING, CHINA – Christian petitioner Shen Peilan was illegally arrested on March 7, 2010, and held captive for nine days by officers from the Bureau of Letters and Petitions. Shen was abducted early in the morning, while she was having breakfast near Beijing southern train station.
