It inspires thousands of Presbyterians daily as they uphold the mission of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in intercessory prayer. ETHIOPIA (continued) - Christianity is flourishing in 21st-century Ethiopia as Paul's prayer to bear fruit and grow in the knowledge of God is being answered here. In the Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus, one of several Protestant denominations in Ethiopia, the number of Christians has multiplied to more than 5.7 million in just 52 years.
