EL PASO, TEXAS - The Otero County Prison Facility used money from their Inmate Holiday Fund to buy donations for the Opportunity Center for the Homeless. Through fundraisers, OCPF inmates raise money throughout the year to give back to the community. This time around, that money was used to buy all new towels, pillows, blankets, male and female undergarments, and other personal items for the Opportunity Center ...
