TURKEY - There’s a first-generation Christian movement among Turkish young people, and Presbyterians have been a part of it! As a result of increased study abroad, easier access to Christian literature, the Internet, a growing number of Christian believers from other countries, spiritual hunger, and even dramatic accounts of God appearing to young people in dreams (cf. Joel 2:28; Acts 2:17; Matt. 1–2), several thousand Turkish young adults have become Christians and organized themselves into churches—many of them meeting in homes—spread from east to west.
