ODESSA, TEXAS - With 2017 barely underway, the West Texas Food Bank has hit the ground running. The organization’s annual fundraiser, Empty Bowls, is Thursday, and the nonprofit is collaborating with United Family, the parent company of Market Street and Albertsons, for the Souper Bowl of Caring.
