ABILENE, TEXAS - Kathryn Wyler turned 91 on March 30 but instead of slowing down, she’s working on her next book, or perhaps jotting down verses for a collection of poems.
“I write something every day, if it’s nothing but a phone number,” she said. “I just have to write.”
It’s been that way as far back as Wyler can remember. Her mother read Bible verses to her as a child, and when Wyler was about 4 or 5, she already had her first story in mind ...
