MIDLAND, TEXAS - The West Texas Food Bank’s annual Empty Bowls event will look a little different this year. Empty Bowls will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Food Bank’s Midland location, 1601 Westcliff Drive.

To keep the event safe, the WTFB will not serve food this year, according to a press release. Handmade ceramic bowls created by students and faculty from Odessa College, Midland College, University of Texas Permian Basin, Odessa High School International Baccalaureate Program, The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Permian Basin and Trinity School of Midland will still be available for $15 each ...
