In the News ... "Midland Pastor Claims Valuables Were Unfairly Seized"

MIDLAND, TEXAS - A Midland Pastor calls it a case of David versus Goliath, after he says another church forced him out of his church's home, and threw away his valuables.

"We feel that we've been slighted, we've been done wrong, and I don't think that's the christian thing to do, by the Catholic church or the Methodist church," said Pastor Ervin Thompson, of "Abundant Faith Ministries", who says he had permission to run a ministry out of a vacant building owned by the Rio Grande Conference of the United Methodist church for the last four years.

"We thought we were doing something good by coming in the community, opening the door and inviting people in, and making it a nice place to be," Thompson said ...
