MIDLAND/ODESSA, TEXAS - A concert ticket will go a long way at Wednesday’s Blues Roots Rock Revue at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center. Presented by Dallas- and Midland-based company Endurance Resources, the concert will serve as a benefit for area agency Rays of Hope and national nonprofit Blue Star Connection. Concertgoers can even extend their giving while at the show.
