MIDLAND, TEXAS - "Remember the prisoners as if chained with them - those who are mistreated since you yourselves are in body also." Hebrews 13:3
These words penned by the apostle Paul still ring true and remind us that an entire population in this country is in chains in county jails and prisons. These forgotten ones often are dead to their families and friends once the prison doors slam shut.
