MIDLAND/ODESSA, TEXAS - Samaritan Center has announced its Golden Celebration that will honor the remarkable legacy of the organization. As part of this grand occasion, Samaritan Center will recognize the 2023 Samaritan Honoree, the founders and benefactors of Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center.
This historic celebration will take place at 6 p.m. November 7 at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center.
