Seats filled for the interfaith event

MIDLAND, TEXAS -How,” moderator Russell Meyers asked, “does your faith tradition explain the problems of evil and suffering?”.
With that question, the Permian Basin’s first interfaith event began its dialogue at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Midland..
Several hundred people sat in the pews and listened as holy men from Catholicism, Hinduism, Judaism, the Baptist faith and the Episcopalian religion discussed five different questions, one submitted by each speaker.
