• 2017 hailstorm had forced its closure for 16 months

ODESSA, TEXAS - Catholic Charities have been a mainstay in Odessa since 1982, but it took a long time to recoup from a very destructive June 14, 2017, hailstorm.

Tubs of rainwater ran through the 2500 Andrews Highway non-profit’s severely damaged roof and a $1-million-plus remodeling was necessary for it to be re-opened last Oct. 8.

Now it’s back to full operations ...
