Library staff shares expertise on transition

On June 17, the Stitt Library staff gave a presentation at the 2021 online annual conference for the Association for Theological Libraries Association (Atla). Their topic was "There and Back Again (Almost), or One Library's Staff's Journey through A Major Construction Project," one which they are currently experts! They discussed their journey of designing a major renovation, vacating a building, storing 90,000 books, moving into temporary quarters, continuing library services—all while helping the Seminary make a sharp pivot from face-to-face teaching to distance education! Construction on the library renovation continues apace with the expectation to move back into the new and renewed space this fall.
