SAN ANGELO, TEXAS - The Salvation Army in San Angelo announced new leadership on Friday, introducing Majors Angel and Valerie Calderon, according to a news release.
The Calderons previously served the past five years at the Pleasant Grove Community Center, where they ran Salvation Army programs. The couple originally met as youth leaders at their local Puerto Rico church, according to the release.
They became Salvation Army officers/pastors in 1999 and have since served in Odessa, Plano and several Florida cities ...
