MIDLAND, TEXAS - Helping students who learn unconventionally, don't see college as an option and are at-risk for dropping out are the main goals for Ideal Preparatory Academy Charter School.
The school is a vision of Greater Ideal Baptist Church's minister, the Rev. George Bell, and is on path to become a reality. A team of 15 church members are putting the final touches on a 300-page application that will be submitted to the State Board of Education by February 23.
