MIDLAND, TEXAS - Organizers of this year's National Prayer Breakfast Midland hope attendees will be prayerfully moved through the Rev. Don Piper's story of death and life.
Piper, who wrote the New York Times Bestseller “90 Minutes in Heaven," will speak about the 90 minutes after he was declared dead by paramedics Jan. 18, 1989 on the side of Texas Highway 19. In his book, he writes about the moments he says he spent experiencing heaven. His story has reached millions since it was printed in 2004, and millions more have heard the story in the person.
