MIDLAND, TEXAS - A misunderstanding between Church Under the Bridge Midland (CUTBM) and some of its homeless community raised concerns with the city.
Two weeks ago Evan Rogers -- the founder of the CUTBM -- received a call from Midland City leaders saying there were dozens of tents occupying the plot of land he had recently purchased for their upcoming church.
Rogers was immediately told to have it cleared by the end of the day, so he came up with Plan B ...
