ODESSA, TEXAS - A “Silver Rose” that commemorates a Catholic saint’s visions of the Virgin Mary was dedicated with a rosary read by Deacon Hector Mendez Tuesday night at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 612 E. 18th St.
