Catholic student group offering prayers, hot chocolate at Midland College
• Support for students preparing for finals
MIDLAND, TEXAS - The Catholic Student Association of Midland (CSAM) will be serving free hot chocolate TODAY, December 7, in the Amistad Atrium of the F. Marie Hall Academic Building, from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
“We are doing this just to support students as they prepare for final exams,” said CSAM Advisor Cindy Madewell.
Students are also invited to place prayer requests in a designated box in the atrium. The box will be placed on the alter at the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary mass on Friday, December 8, to be held in the Dollye Neal Chapel (on the Midland College campus) at 12:15 p.m. All are invited to join CSAM on Friday for the holy day of obligation celebrated by Msgr. Larry Droll.
For further information about CSAM, please contact Cindy Madewell at (432) 686-4243 or (432) 288-7052.
