MIDLAND, TEXAS - - While most places close their doors Christmas Day, the Salvation Army in Odessa decided to keep theirs open by serving warm meals to those in need.

"We had volunteers come in, and they prepared the hams and the vegetables and the breads. Just Christmas traditional holiday meals," says Dolores Watts, a Major with the Salvation Army.
