EL PASO, TEXAS - Diocese of El Paso Bishop Mark Seitz and Diocese of Las Cruces Bishop Emeritus Ricardo Ramirez administered Communion during the annual Border Mass on Saturday at the border fence in the Anapra area of Sunland Park, New Mexico.
