ODESSA, TEXAS - Curb Side Bistro chef and co-owner Alejandro Barrientos and his wife Stephanie Barrientos started planning Thanksgiving almost a year ago.
The husband and wife duo needed a little extra time as they are expecting between 200 to 300 guests.
