MIDLAND, TEXAS - Mark Palmer of the Abell-Hanger Foundation and Veronica Dickson of FMH Foundation said there is help for Midland families as they prepare for a modified public-school schedule.
Midland ISD has announced it will start the school year with at-home learning for the first four weeks of the year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
