ODESSA, TEXAS - Motorists driving past the Odessa Spire in the evening see it lit up in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

Odessa Arts has lit up the public art piece to show support for Odessa’s sister city in the Ukraine and inspire West Texans to consider donating to humanitarian agencies helping the country and its residents as they face a war with Russia.
