ODESSA, TEXAS -St. Matthew Baptist Church will celebrate 50 years in Odessa today and Saturday. The church will hold a reunion musical "Fifty Years of Spirit-Filled Music" at 7 p.m. today (Friday) at the church.
On Saturday, the church will have a dinner banquet and program at 6:30 p.m. at the MCM Eleganté Hotel, 5200 E. University Blvd. The guest speaker is the Rev. Patrick Joubert, founder of The Fellowship Church in Fort Worth.
