MIDLAND, TEXAS - Evan Rogers has always had a passion for the homeless, but it was the preventable death of a friend in January 2013 that made him spring into action.
Rogers had numerous friends in Odessa’s homeless community, a result of spending his lunch hour serving at the Jesus House Soup Kitchen in Odessa.
