SAN ANGELO, TEXAS - The Delta Memorial Park cemetery service is slated for 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, at Christian Fellowship Baptist Church, 211 W. 17th St. in San Angelo.

In 1927 Maggie Starks founded Starks Funeral Home, and later purchased several acres on Arden Road, which she named Delta Cemetery located between Glenna Drive and Mockingbird Lane.

The theme for this year is "Maggie Starks and Johnnie Mae Scott: Their Living Was Not In Vain," and Pastor Ronnie Hawkins will bring the message "Remembering Our Loved Ones."
