MIDLAND, TEXAS - The Midland City Council has extended the deadline for nonprofits to apply for a plot of land to be used for building affordable housing.

The land is an 11.72-acre plot near Hogan Park, members said during their meeting on Tuesday. The city is donating the plot to a nonprofit of their choice for construction of affordable housing ...
