MIDLAND, TEXAS - Every 15 seconds, a child dies from a water-borne illness. In Ethiopia and other sub-Saharan countries in Africa, four out of five children either rely on unclean surface water or walk up to 15 miles to find a protected source of water, according to Unicef.
