MIDLAND, TEXAS - For 59 years, Centers for Children and Families has provided counseling for those who are unable to afford such services during emotional distress. Up until recently, they have served up to 10,000 people in cramped quarters. That all changed Wednesday when Centers celebrated the grand opening of their new building.
