MIDLAND, TEXAS - To Kyle Mahan, a second-grader at Santa Rita Elementary, there’s no time like the present to give back to others and be philanthropic.
After seeing a news report about starving children in Africa and being shocked by the physical weakness of their bodies, Kyle said he wanted to do something to help.
