DUBLIN, TEXAS - When David Scott of Dublin was working for a school he had an accident that caused a head injury. He became disabled and was spending time at home. He had trouble sleeping and would have bad dreams, visions and occasionally heard voices.
“A doctor told me I was having post concussion syndrome, which means you will have weird dreams and you might hear voices,” he said.
