MIDLAND/ODESSA, TEXAS - San Angelo Bishop Michael J. Sis and Midland Mayor Jerry Morales will join supporters of the Guadalupe Radio Network at 5 p.m. Wednesday as the Catholic radio station serving the Permian Basin will increase its power from 1,000 to 25,000 watts.
