MIDLAND, TEXAS - For Christmas in Action’s 45th year of house repair projects, April 28 and 29 was the final weekend of work -- and it was a busy one. Six different groups tackled projects ranging from repainting, wheelchair ramp repair, window and siding replacement and completely re-roofing a house. In just the past two months, Christmas in Action and our 1,235 generous volunteers have completed 74 projects for elderly or disabled people in our community, allowing them more security, safety and comfort ...
