MIDLAND/ODESSA, TEXAS - While it’s business as usual at this year’s Rock the Desert, the Christian music festival also approaches a milestone. This August will mark two decades of the festival that began in 2000 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. With five bands and some outdoor activities in the church’s parking lot, the festival has grown into, quite literally, its own space with two stages, a skateboard park and more than 20 acts from around the country ...
