MIDLAND, TEXAS - The Rev. Jim Denison, former First Baptist Church pastor, will be returning to West Texas to speak at the third annual National Prayer Breakfast - Midland, which is planned for 7 a.m. Thursday at Midland Center.

Denison, who founded the Center for Informed Faith "to provide resources for the global Christian movement," said he will be speaking about what he calls the "Fifth Great Awakening."

"There are more people coming to Christ than at any time in Christian history," Denison said. "How can we see in America what we see happening in South Korea, China, Africa, Cuba and the rest of the world?"
