In the News ... "'Gospel yoga' offers different kind of religious experience"

MIDLAND, TEXAS - This week, I decided to mix it up a little. Rather than visiting a traditional religious gathering, I picked up my yoga mat and headed to Midland Yoga Works for its Sunday "Hot Gospel Vinyasa Yoga" class.

The class is donation-based, unlike other Midland Yoga Works' classes that run around $15. Participants can pay whatever they want or nothing at all. Teacher Cyndi Simpson said it's her way of "giving back" to the community.
