MIDLAND-ODESSA, TEXAS - Victor Worley wanders through the crowds of the 14th Rock the Desert music festival. He's not looking for anyone in particular. He doesn't need to be at any specific place at any specific time. Weaving his way through the audience, hour after hour, the 18-year-old proudly shoves a poster in front of him at an arm's length, declaring in big, bold letters: "Free Hugs."
