ChinaAid: "House church pastor in need of emergency cardiovascular surgery seeks financial support"

The China Aid Association is a non-profit Christian organization - based in Midland, Texas - with a mission to uncover and reveal the truth about religious persecution in China, focusing especially on the unofficial church. They do this, they explain in their website, by exposing the abuses, encouraging the abused and equipping the saints to advance the kingdom of God throughout China.

CHINA – On Sept. 3, Pastor Liu Fenggang is asking for financial assistance after learning that he once again needs surgery to treat his many cardiac conditions.

In need of emergency surgery, Liu argued with the cardiologist to do the surgery required, but instead was forcibly discharged from the hospital because he could not pay the 70,000 yuan ($11,440).
