MIDLAND, TEXAS - First United Methodist Church soon will embark on a mission to update its campus in an effort to offer its congregation a greater ability to connect with one another and to keep up with the rapidly changing surroundings of downtown Midland.
A Midland church since 1885, the staff and congregation hope the upcoming renovations will connect parts of the building that are currently connected by a labyrinth of hallways that might be confusing to newcomers, as well as provide the campus a clear, welcoming entrance.
