MINUTE FOR MISSION: SMALLER MEMBERSHIP CHURCH - In the fall of 2012, Debbie Johnson announced that she had accepted the position as stated supply at 16-member Duncan Creek Presbyterian Church in Clinton, South Carolina. When asked if they bothered to tell her that Duncan Creek was hosting synod in the spring, she shook her head in disbelief. On March 14, 2013, the congregation welcomed the Synod of South Atlantic and the General Assembly moderator to Duncan Creek.
