ODESSA, TEXAS - Jesus House of Odessa is pushing for progress on their transitional housing project “Safe Haven,” but adjustment has been a must after an unforeseen parking lot requirement was presented.

Jesus House plans to offer eight housing units, four for men and four for women, on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible individuals experiencing homelessness. Rev. Donny Kyker said this is phase 1 of their vision to address a prevalent problem in Odessa ...
