ODESSA, TEXAS - First Baptist Church, 709 N. Lee Ave., is taking individually wrapped candy for the Glow Up event through Oct. 24 in bins located in the commons, near the church office and chapel.
Glow Up, block parties spread across the city of Odessa, will take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 31.
Trick-or-treaters will be given a glow stick, candy and information about FBC church.
Hosts and volunteers are also needed.
