Caring For Our Neighbors During A Pandemic
The current pandemic is having a devastating impact on people and families. Catholic Charities alone has seen a 40% increase in food assistance across its 775 food pantries.
During this time, our agencies have faced critical food shortages with volunteers and staff adjusting and adapting to new ways to distribute food and supplies while maintaining social distancing restrictions.
However, with your support, CCUSA has been able to manage these challenges with success. Because of your gifts CCUSA has been able to:
• Distribute 2.5 million pounds of food.
• Send $7.3 million in direct funding to local agencies.
• Distribute 250,000 masks to keep our volunteers safe.
Your generosity had made it possible for our agencies to reach those in need during these unprecedented times.
Thank you for all of your support ...
Ben Smith
