MIDLAND, TEXAS - When Becca Roepke returned from a Christian Church of Midland mission trip to Haiti in the summer of 2010, she told her mother, Dana Roepke, about the stifling heat and the nine-hour bus ride from Port-au-Prince to the village where she stayed. When Dana Roepke asked her daughter if she'd ever want to make the trip again, Becca said she'd leave the next day if she were given the opportunity.
